 30 Day Shipping Policy

If you receive any damaged or incorrect items , Please contact us immediately, for return exchange address .We are here to help! (Any item purchased online will not be eligible for a return exchange at our local boutiques)

If the exchange is not at fault of Sisterz Boutique you will be asked to ship the item back at your own expense for your exchange.

Go to our shipping and returns tab on the website  find the corresponding order number to Submit message.

Please provide order number and product item code, detailed description of the problem when submitting your message.

For faulty, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem to smitchell.sisterz@gmail.com

 

Return & Exchange Policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing. (All items must be in Original Condition).

 

Sisterz Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date your items are purchased by using the Shipping Policy above. Items must be in *original condition within 30 days to receive an exchange.

Please Email smitchell.sisterz@gmail.com to request a return exchange or message through the shipping and return tab on the website on any online items.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages, we do not ship ourselves. Original invoice must be included in your return packages. Final sale on all accessories and sale items.

 

Custom Return Policy

All custom made or special order items are NO RETURNS,  EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDITS. these items were especially made or ordered for a person they are not returnable items. All SALE items are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
